Refund eligibility window
For qualifying digital purchases completed through our checkout, we accept refund requests for up to forty-five (45) minutes from the time your payment is successfully completed and confirmed, subject to the conditions below.
After that window, all sales are generally final unless we are required to provide a remedy under applicable law.
How to request a refund
Submit your request using the same email address you used at checkout and include your order or payment confirmation details (e.g. receipt ID, transaction ID, or date and time of purchase). Use the support channel listed on your receipt or on our website (for example Discord ticket or email, if provided).
We may decline requests that cannot be matched to a verified purchase or that appear abusive or fraudulent.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method when possible. Timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in loss of access and may be disputed with our payment processor.
Non-refundable situations
- Requests received more than 45 minutes after confirmed payment.
- Change of mind after delivery and use of digital materials where no technical failure occurred, outside the 45-minute window.
- Violations of our Terms of Service.
Digital goods
Because products are digital, “shipping” does not apply; see our Shipping Policy for how access is delivered.
