Shipping Policy

Digital delivery
Unless a listing explicitly states that a physical item will be shipped, all Phoenix Vendors products are digital (supplier links, instructions, downloadable access, or similar). There is no physical shipment or tracking number for standard digital access products.
When you receive your order
After payment is confirmed, delivery is typically sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Most customers receive access within a short period; occasionally delays are caused by payment review, email typos, or messages being filtered as spam.
- Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for messages from us or our payment provider.
- If you use Discord or other channels we advertise for support, you may be directed there for manual delivery after verifying your purchase.
Physical goods (if offered)
If we ever list a product that includes a tangible shipment, the listing will describe processing time, carrier, and regions we ship to. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, assume no physical shipping.
Incorrect email
You are responsible for providing the correct email at checkout. If access was sent to an address you no longer control, contact us as soon as possible through the support options referenced on your receipt or on our site. We may require proof of purchase before re-sending access.
